Artist Review: Dave Schlueter

Review by: Justyn Brodsky & Dave Welsh

Eclectic with a very polished sound, Fearfield Studios Recording Artist, Dave Schlueter, brings a very anthemic sound to the table with his very influential, catchy writing style with great vocal melodies to match.

With great synchronicities between a natural and traditional writing style that never fails to impress, inspire, and invite you into a sound that has the ability to universally appease and demonstrate professional standards of songwriting, Schlueter‘s in-depth approach in his track “Be Free” is a perfect exercise in excellent musicianship and chemistry among his vision in music and his band mates that contribute to his finishing touches that solidify a versatile, yet simple sound that will never disappoint you.

It’s a universally grasping song with great acoustic and electric guitar textures that compliment this overall sound with Schlueter‘s vocal range carrying the torch in the forefront to tie it all together into an innovative, humble persona as a collective effort. And the simplicity is perhaps one of the great things that this Artist isn’t afraid to succumb to; which demonstrates to me that he’s focused more on eras of music where catchy, well written songs was at the top of the priority list, which is what makes Schlueter‘s sound as effective as it is.

This is an artist that is manifesting into something very noticeable with a household sound that any Indie/Rock listener can enjoy. And we can’t wait to hear more what he has in store in the shortcoming. In the meantime, discover Dave Schlueter and sit back, unwind, and take a listen to an artist that hasn’t forgotten how effective simple, catchy, and innovative songwriting really is.
