Emerging from the elite New York City/Tristate-area music scene, Alt. Rock/Modern Country & 90s cover band DOWNPOUR began hitting the ground running in the music realm in January 2018, and is comprised of 6 multifaceted musicians that were brought together from different bands around the area and eventually manifested to form a high-energy Rock outfit that venue owners would want for their patrons.
With a highly eclectic and versatile sound, DOWNPOUR performs a vast array of over 40+ hit songs from some of yesterday’s and today’s artists we’ve all come to know and love including Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, The Cranberries, The Black Keys, Luke Bryan, Dwight Yoakam, Darius Rucker and many many others.
Determined to bring an unforgettable live show to the scene with music you can rock out and sing along to, DOWNPOUR brings forth a brand new edge to the 90s Rock era that has never left a soul unhappy, and have no intention of slowing their momentum down anytime soon.
