A track that is subtle and electronically ambient, French producer, Yann Sella, experiments with beautiful soundscapes and sonic textures in his single “Turning Circles (feat. Manchester Rain)”.

Currently signed with UK label Subdust Music, Yann Sella shows a lot of promise with this song, which is his debut single from his forthcoming EP Existence. His ability to implement different moods and sounds into one explosive emotional package is made very evident throughout each measure of this song, and the likable musicianship factors stand out effectively.

From the very beginning, the ambience speaks very loudly and the buildup and ascending measures are very soothing yet anticipating. Yann‘s use of software and plugins are very intricate but are still kept simple in all the right places, and the vocal swells are blended passionately with great melodies to bring forth more elements of what is offered throughout the artistic merit of the track.

This song is definitely one that can take your mind to a place you haven’t been, or a place you’ve been yearning for. It’s not your average exercise in EDM or Electronic Music, “Turning Circles” stays within a realm of its own and really showcases Yann‘s insatiable talent and passion for music.

From the multifaceted writing and programming to the elite production value, “Turning Circles” sets a great foundation for what’s to come for the DJ & Producer, and will definitely entice you to check out the rest of his EP when it releases.
