With a song that is catchy, multifaceted and electronically atmospheric, we get to hear different angles of the nostalgia with Dion Todd‘s Remedy For Insanity (Club Mix) EP.

This EP is comprised of very impressive remixes of the Remedy For Insanity single from several eclectic producers including Dave Audé, Bick Fiorucci, Joe Manila, Guy Scheiman, and Dan Slater; all putting their own spin on Dion‘s hypnotic track with their own remix and musical vision of the song’s aura.

Each version has different arrangements, textures and overall anthemic qualities with every remix and brings out a wholesome essence each time. The song is a solid and energetic exercise of melody, precision and outstanding production value that is perfect for today’s modern era of EDM and electronic music. Dion has a very projective vocal approach and really knows how to implement his melody choices into the track’s key signature and progressions.

And that’s what I love about remixes – getting to hear different sides of one project. And every remix has its exclusivity and ambient focal points as to what makes it a whole new song, even though it’s the same song – if that makes sense. It’s an EP you have to hear to believe in its own right, as its originality and familiarity share equal grounds.

This remix is great for your club, headphones, playlist, and the perfect addition to your catalogue of EDM/Dance favorites. Fans of Dion Todd will absolutely love this as well as all those who are just now discovering him.

Artist Review: Natalie Jean

After scoping out the aura, vibe and sound that talented Bombshell Starlet Natalie Jean has put into the musical presence and image around her, it comes as no surprise that she is well on her way to some major things!

She is quite the trifecta; brains, beauty, talent…you name it. She’s been nominated for a slew of Awards, and has won many. And right now her most recent remix, “Red Room”, has really given her career a major boost and has been recognized on many other platforms like Jamsphere and ReverbNation — in which she also signed to donate 1/2 of her album sales to a charity that ReverbNation is doing.

“Red Room” to me is an explosion of high-end EDM and Pop sensibilities with a heavy presence. And with Natalie Jean‘s perfect range for this song with a very expressive and well-toned voice to compliment the song in whole, we have a masterpiece with dead-on production value that puts all the important musical key factors together; making the song catchy, exotic, free spirited, and very uplifting. This is one for the books if you’re an avid EDM or Pop enthusiast. You won’t be disappointed in the least.

This is the type of artist to really keep your eyes on. Or perhaps reach out to before it’s too late. Because like said, as a professional musician myself, my professional opinion is that she will be going to bigger places on the horizons. Mark my words, folks. Artist Reach approval 100%.
